Description: In Part 1 (Design) Dr Suzanne McDonald will describe the basic principles of N-of-1 trial designs using illustrative examples, provide an overview of other single-case designs, and discuss key developments that have occurred in the field over the past decade. In Part 2 (Analysis) Dr Suzanne McDonald and Professor James McGree will describe common techniques used to evaluate data from individual and aggregated N-of-1 trials and will discuss central topics including autocorrelation and sample size determination.
